Tasty selections from our Vegetarian menu.

The following meals are served with choice of vegetable, choice of potato, choice of salad, choice of bread, choice of dessert, and a beverage

·         Stuffed Bell Peppers
Bell Peppers filled with finely chopped veggies delicately roasted

·         Stir Fry
A delicate combination of peppers, onions, summer squash, zucchini, and tomatoes stir fried and served over rice

·         Stuffed Zucchini
Stuffed Braised Zucchini w/ silvered almonds and tofu

·         Farfalline with Grilled Vegetables Alfredo 
Farfalline (bow tie) pasta blended with grilled seasoned zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes, accented with baby corn and a homemade alfredo sauce

·         Grilled Vegetarian Kabobs
Marinated vegetables, seasoned, skewered and grilled

·         Zucchini & Asparagus Lasagna
Sliced zucchini layered with a delicate blend of garlic, shallots, carrots, asparagus tips and parmesan cheese

All meals are prepared vegetarian unless vegan is specified. 

Sides - Choose from:
  • Potato: steamed, garlic roasted, rice/rice pilaf, Southern style dirty rice (Perlow), or homemade baked beans
  • Salad: broccoli & grape salad, potato salad, pasta salad, cole slaw, green garden
  • Vegetable: corn on the cob, sweeten baby carrots, green beans & almonds, hot corn salad
  • Bread: dinner roll, corn bread
  • Dessert: apple crisp & whip cream, brownies, cookies, fruit & cheese, strawberry shortcake
  • Beverage: ice tea, lemonade, water, coffee, tea (one per meal)
