We are the perfect
solution for your special occasion or corporate function.
You name the theme and we bring the team and kitchen to you! We travel to your site, setup, cook, serve, and cleanup our mess. You'll never know we were there except for the delight of your guests! Our cook units are trailer mounted. The units are made entirely of high grade quality stainless steel. The units are self-contained and run entirely by propane gas. All units are equipped with side smoke boxes. This allows us to smoke the meat and keep it low and slow allowing for the perfect smoke ring.
